I beleive that the “nìawnomum” part of the message is not ADV-PL.1.INCL-know, but an ADV-(transitive passive)-know.

The word ''omum'' (to know) has infixes position like “‹1›‹2›om‹3›um” and since the ‹awm› infix creating passive adjectives from transitive verbs occupies the first position, it becomes “awnomum”, which is an adjective meaning “known” and is further derived by a derivative prefix “nì-” transforming the adjective to the word “nìawnomum” meaning “knownly” (which is probably not a proper english word, but I hope the translation is clear).

You might want to consider formatting this like Wm.annis has on the Corpus page, using wiki tables:

:{|
|-
| '''Kaltxì.'''
| '''Ngaru'''
| '''lu'''
| '''fpom'''
| '''srak?'''
|-
| Hello
| you-<small>DAT</small>
| be
| well-being
| <small>Q</small>
|-
| colspan=5 | ''Hello, how are you?''
|}

which renders as:

Kaltxì. Ngaru lu fpom srak?
Hello you-DAT be well-being Q
Hello, how are you?

I think it might be more readable than using preformatted text. To make it four lines, with the order of formatting being bold+ital, ital, plain, and quoted, it would look like this:

:{|
|-
| '''Kaltxì.'''
| '''Ngaru'''
| '''lu'''
| '''fpom'''
| '''srak?'''
|-
| ''Kaltxì.''
| ''Nga-ru''
| ''lu''
| ''fpom''
| ''srak?''
|-
| Hello
| you-<small>DAT</small>
| be
| well-being
| <small>Q</small>
|-
| colspan=5 | "Hello, how are you?"
|}

which renders as:

Kaltxì. Ngaru lu fpom srak?
Kaltxì. Nga-ru lu fpom srak?
Hello you-DAT be well-being Q
"Hello, how are you?"

Slä nìawnomum

I beleive that the “nìawnomum” part of the message is not ADV-PL.1.INCL-know, but an ADV-(transitive passive)-know. The word omum (to know) has infixes position like “‹1›‹2›om‹3›um” and since the ‹awm› infix creating passive adjectives from transitive verbs occupies the first position, it becomes “awnomum”, which is an adjective meaning “known” and is further derived by a derivative prefix “nì-” transforming the adjective to the word “nìawnomum” meaning “knownly” (which is probably not a proper english word, but I hope the translation is clear).
