You might want to consider formatting this like Wm.annis has on the Corpus page, using wiki tables:

:{|
|-
| '''Kaltxì.'''
| '''Ngaru'''
| '''lu'''
| '''fpom'''
| '''srak?'''
|-
| Hello
| you-<small>DAT</small>
| be
| well-being
| <small>Q</small>
|-
| colspan=5 | ''Hello, how are you?''
|}

which renders as:

Kaltxì. Ngaru lu fpom srak?
Hello you-DAT be well-being Q
Hello, how are you?

I think it might be more readable than using preformatted text. To make it four lines, with the order of formatting being bold+ital, ital, plain, and quoted, it would look like this:

:{|
|-
| '''Kaltxì.'''
| '''Ngaru'''
| '''lu'''
| '''fpom'''
| '''srak?'''
|-
| ''Kaltxì.''
| ''Nga-ru''
| ''lu''
| ''fpom''
| ''srak?''
|-
| Hello
| you-<small>DAT</small>
| be
| well-being
| <small>Q</small>
|-
| colspan=5 | "Hello, how are you?"
|}

which renders as:

Kaltxì. Ngaru lu fpom srak?
Kaltxì. Nga-ru lu fpom srak?
Hello you-DAT be well-being Q
"Hello, how are you?"

Thanks, ma Eri. I'm learning so much in doing stuff here. It was a hell of formatting, but now it looks much better. At least people will have a formatted text to easily change all my analytics. ;-)
