New topics/categories

I'd like to add a category for "concepts" (maybe even "non-english concepts"), which doesn't fit to a special topic, but are quite universal. See e. g. the "doch, sondern, fei"-discussion [[1]]. I see, that there is a "speech"-category, but I think, that in this topic we should collect suggestions about the act of speeking and verbal interaction itself (like "blame", "contradict", "point out" or alike).
